It's terrible, too much filler and bland songs. Though if you want something to sleep to I suppose you can go for it.

Revisited this again after quite a few years, and it's actually a lot nicer than I remember. Yes, there's a bit of filler and it's not an ambitious record overall, but I still love the overall ambient vibe and the instrumentation. Some of the soundscapes and musical passages here are super gorgeous and have this lovely nostalgic feel to them. Anisina especially is a beautiful, melancholic track, with some terrific sax/guitar interplay. While listening it reminds me of watching a sunset on some faraway beach. Other highlights for me are Things Left Unsaid, Allons Y(1)-Autumn '68 (God I love that organ part)-Allons Y(2), Talkin' Hawkin', Calling. Wright really was a crucial part of their classic sound, and I think this was a fitting tribute to his contributions to the group. Ultimately, I'm happy this album exists and this is a really fine swan song for the band.

This whole album feels like a buildup for Louder Than Words. And I love it. It feels like a ghost pink floyd album, but in the good way, there's a mysterious feel, and Anisina is just amazing. It's becoming my favorite Pink Floyd album and it's very revisitable

Hey I love Division Bell and all but did we really need an extended remake with guitar and synth riffs reused for "new" songs? Did they forget they made that record or were they hoping we did?

Calling it music is a big mistake. It's just boring ambient for a sweet dream. The whole album is just lullabies for kittens. It's worth listening to at least once for familiarization and immediately forget it!

Listening to this album again after 4 years it was released, I find it VERY good. Inside a lot of songs we can listen reminiscences of their past works. That's a great job reminding us of how great this band is!

From what I've read, Rick Wright wrote more material than they could use on many of their albums. The best material was used, and the rest saved for possible use later. Doesn't mean it was bad, but it may just not have fit. Gilmour and Mason went through this material, and used the best bits, and filled in with their own parts to create a very nice tribute to their old friend. I like it, very much.

"Talkin' Hawkin'" is adorable. Probably the best song for me here. And oh that speech.

Aware of the fact that this comment is 6 years old at this point, but I agree. I'm listening to it for the first time right now and it's kind of boring.

I think through the Overstimulation of today's media, a lot of people aren't able to feel the beauty in slow instrumental music. And Some are too restricted in their heads to accept new stuff from old bands, particularly if it is not the way they expected. For me it's a great album! had to smile when I listened the first time... true fans need it
