Alright, you fuckin' nailed it with that take on Zeppelin III, mate. It's like they grabbed the blues by the balls and gave it a damn good twist, you know? It's not just about that heavy shit but also about exploring new fuckin' territories. When they stripped down to that acoustic shit, it was like revealing a whole new layer of their badass musical soul. So, what's your take on "Since I've Been Loving You"? I mean, to me, that track is like a raw nerve, it's so fuckin' intense. But you mentioned it felt a bit stale to you, right? How does it stack up for you against the rest of their crazy-ass experimental stuff on III?

Phenomenal album, I love the acoustic songs on here and it really shows Jimmy Page's talent with guitar and the hard rock songs are out of this world too.

The most underappreciated Zeppelin album, and the first one where they hit their stride and honed their sound instead of just being a blues cover band.

Stellar album, definitely my most listened one by LZ. Since I've Been Loving You and Tangerine are my two favorite songs by the band

Jimmy Page did everyone a favor by making this a mostly acoustic album because it's the heaviest shit of all time.

I think this is their underrated masterpiece. Since I've Been Loving You is probably my favourite Zeppelin tune

"That's the Way" (otherwise known as "the most beautiful song ever recorded") makes his statement correct.

Since I've Been Loving You is the best song on the album but Side 2 is indeed superior to side 1.

Robert Plant sings better than alanis morisette at least. Jimmy Page is a note man.

Not my fav LZ album (That goes too II and Physical Graffiti) but; Celebration Day and Since I've been Loving You are up there with their best!

Listening to the 2014 German 180 gram pressing, what a fucking treat. The sonics within this album were captured perfectly.

@pteronophobic Yes! God, I love "That's the Way." It has such a wistful beauty to it. Certainly one of my very top Zeppelin tracks. For me the run from "Since I've Been Loving You" through "That's the Way" on this album is the best stretch of songs on any Zeppelin record.

This is my favorite Zeppelin album along with Physical Graffiti. It really shows their eclecticism and songwriting abilities. Plant's lyrics really matured with this album, Page really shows what a versatile guitarist he is. Also, That's the Way is my favorite song of all time

Not sure why so many fans think this is their worst. It's my favorite by them. Great use of blues/folk influences and a lot of acoustic instrumentation. "Since I've Been Loving You" is an amazing blues number, also. Probably a top 10 Zeppelin track for me, maybe even top 5.

Led Zeppelin has recorded some of the most memorable rock songs in the modern popular music canon, but I'd like to think "That's the Way", "Bron-Y-Aur Stomp", "Gallows Pole", and "Tangerine" are some of the most moving songs ever put on wax. And that's to say nothing of the straight-up rockers on this perfect album.
