"La Puerta del Cielo", touches the listener after the first bar with the hypnotic voice of an over 60 year old Ibicencan, melting a vocal tradition of many centuries with a haunting melody which captures the listener and refuses to let go.
La Puerta del Cielo / Seven Lives is the 1st single from Enigma's 7th album Seven Lives Many Faces. The track "Seven Lives" had been featured on German TV as the signature theme to the public broadcaster EinsFestival's coverage of the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. The single was digitally released in Germany on August 8th and physically on August 15th. The single reached top 50 in Germany and remained in the top 100 for several weeks.
