Released on March 19, 1962 the album "Bob Dylan" was Bob's debut album, produced by John H Hammond and called "Hammond's Folly' because it was a commercial flop, only sold about 2500 copies. This was a traditional song arranged by Bob.

I guess Bob must have cared more about his LIVE audiences, and the music itself back in these times. ( He sure doesn't seem to the past 15 to 20 years). Too bad. This was nice.

Much like "Wayfaring Stranger", this is an old spiritual song that sounds great in just about any incarnation.
