Love this heavy, distorted, fuzzed-out psychedelia, what a great era for music. Although I have to admit that I like The Who's version from "Live at Leeds" better (though to be honest, I'm a little bit biased because The Who are my favorite band.) Both bands did a fantastic job, as did Eddie Cochran on his original version.

Slightly better than the original version. I dunno, that's a tough decision. Eddie Cochran performed it extremely well. Blue Cheer's cover is obviously harder and heavier.

I once read that they were noted within the Guinness Book of World Records as being the loudest band. I also read that a dog walked in front of Leigh Stephens amplifier stack at one point and dissolved in mid-air. Like the sound of a metal spoon stuck in a blender! I'm down with it!
