Ahh, yeah delays suck, and bad storms. It's like that snowstorm happened just to mess up part of your trip. Wow, you meant some of your facebook friends, that's quite cool! Ever meant one of your last fm friends at a concert? The process of listening to music? Nice! I feel like I've mastered that one down pretty good. =p awww, that's nice that you brought your mom home a cool gift..true you showed her that you were thinking of her while you were away. Oh, I love Vitamin C, how could I not notice that? =)) Oh yes, I just got into them more recently, and heard their first album recently, The scream, which I actually quite enjoyed! (Siouxsie & the Banshees)

Oh well thank you for the early Bday wishes, that's very kind of you. <3 I meant "a full life" as in living long enough that you have to deal with others passing. Oh that's a shame. Some places let you travel with your pets, as well as on air planes. Not sure how all that works. How was your trip to New Jersey? Again, that is horrible about your mom passing, I'm so sorry for your loss, however, I am glad that at least you don't have to be made to feel guilty everytime you go somewhere now. You deserve to have a good life for all that you had put up with, and how hard you have worked I imagine to stay sane. I really wish that I could go see St Etienne live in the US, but I'm broke and I still don't drive a car yet. Ps, I love how your top track is a Vitamin C song! <3

NJ was brief 'cause I didn't want to leave her for long. Going there the day of the concert and the next day back the flights were delayed, which sucks. I usually don't experience delays but there was a snowstorm on the east coast which was barely visible when I got there. The concert was incredible. I got to meet a couple of facebook friends as well. The next day I went to a museum in that town, Morristown, NJ. It was called Morris Museum. Most of it was really cool, especially the music room where it showed really old ways that instruments and the process of even listening to music works. I had gotten gifts from the shop, including a couple of CDs and little crankshaft music boxes based on that room and I gave my mom one and other gifts she really liked. At least I was able to bring her some joy with those gifts after I got home. Thanks for noticing the VC song. :) I noticed you gave Siouxsie & the Banshees a listen! Very cool!!!

Hey Liz! It's not my birthday but thanks for August 22 when it will be. =p Damn, that's awful, sorry to hear about your mom passing. I lost my dad in late 2016 and I'm still not able to fully deal with it. (I think that I was crying in a dream about him last night) It's really hard losing a loved one that was so close to you, but that's ultimately the heavy price we all pay to live a full life in this chaotic world. I didn't know that St Etienne are coming to the US twice this year, that's pretty cool. I hope you enjoy your time traveling to see them. It's good to hear that your pets are keeping you company <3

Ok, then, happy EARLY birthday! I was just following what the person before me said lol. your bday was a day after my mom's. My dad passed in 2013, I think I mentioned that before. So I'm parentless and the only human left in this home. Not sure what you mean about living a full life 'cause i felt i couldn't , at least without guilt, when she was alive because she was neurotically possessive/parasitic to the point of emotional abuse. And now I have the pets to tend to; can't travel. Would have loved to follow my all-time favorite band the Pretenders on their latest tour but couldn't. I've wanted to do that for about a decade and when they finally do another US tour it's the worst time possible. I did go see them in New Jersey a week before my mom died. Again, not without guilt. Every single time I would head somewhere, my mom would be like "You're leaving me again!" in the most vindictive voice. The St. Etienne show is local so I'd only be gone a few hours. I missed them last year.

Hey my friend! I just remember that you send me Mikaila's first album, by the way thanks for that again! Now I found a interview video and a live mp3 of her performing So In Love With Two live in a concert! I was wondering if you have any Mikaila video to share with me, if there is a MP3 there is a video somewhere :p

Hey Liz! Oh very cool to see Ladybird in your recent top played! =p I was just listening to a Australian artist named Amiel and I thought that you might like her music. It's like a cross between Alisha's Attic and other artists that we both like who do the indie rock genre well. Check out Amiel's album "Audio out"!

Yeah, I saw that they were going to be hitting a few nice spots in the US. Too bad I can't do anything about it. So cool though that you went to see them a few times! I'm not jealous, I'm happy for you, and love hearing about your stories meeting the band. I loved it back when you had those photos of you and the band on your wall. =D Now "the wall" has crashed down by the new last fm drones.

That's a great album! But her other albums are really good too! Luminescence is her pop rock album, with her most powerful vocal performances, Echoes (my favorite album by her) is her brilliant Eurovision styled album with haunting vocals and super catchy melodies, Chrysalis, her smooth 90's inspired chill out album, continuing on her world pop influence, Elévation, her R&B inspired album with some serious beats and cool production, and still I'm not done praising her albums..they are all pretty much solid. Anggun even had earlier albums in Indonesian in the late 80's and early 90's, when she was younger, she was a rock star in her home country. "Anak Putih Abu Abu" from 1991 was particularly great! She really belted it with her voice on that album and rocked out! Very impressive! Her earlier rock albums were under her full name Anggun C. Sasmi

Oh..okay. Why did you delete them? If you don't mind me asking. I'm doing good, thanks. I've been discovering a lot of new exciting artists recently. How have you been? You know that it is only a couple of more weeks until the new St Etienne album comes out! I'm so excited! =)

You're welcome :-) Thanks for voting up my photo. Oh cool, I didn't even remember playing Diana when you were in my dub room. Yeah, I had one of her songs bookmarked there for a while "Mad at me" and I'd been meaning to check the rest of her music out for a long time...then one day youtube recommended her song "Blame game" and then I was very intrigued!

Haha isn't U. S. S. another country that we have yet to form? =D Oh yes, I love Sarah's Red kite album now! It has really grown on me! And I'm still enjoying every single song on her deluxe version of lipslide as well. This band, Saint Heaven, I mean Saint Etienne and then all of Sarah's brillaint solo music..it's all just SO GOOD! It's all too much, I can't even breathe sometimes. hehe =p Ahhh, I'm spoiled for sure. (not that that's a bad thing)

Yep, it reminds me of their Haunted jukebox song, or some of their cool edgy songs from Finisterre! I love it! Heather makes me think of the haunted house music on Super Mario bros. =p Oh my gosh, when they do come to the US again, I hope I can find a way to go see them. I do believe in miracles. =) About deleting shout posts - OOOooooohhhhhhhhhhhhh I see =D Thank you kind one!

Oooh, yes, I heard the new song a few day's ago, it is very god! =p I'm very excited of course, for the new album, a new album that will have 19 new songs on it! That's crazy right!? I mean on the top of Saint Etienne, my favorite band already releasing a new album. So cool, a few day's before your birthday. You should celebrate listening to the new album while you enjoy your birthday event(s). I can't believe that it's already been five years since Saint Etienne released their comeback album! Where does the time go? Oh yeah, enjoying music like there's no tomorrow. =p

Happy new year my friend! :-) I've been really into native American culture and wanted to find a female pop artist who is native American and whom might have a cool Indian theme to her music. I did a bing search and found a artist right away. Wondering if you ever heard of Jana Mashonee? Or who simply goes by just "Jana" on her albums.

Yep, they are getting ready to release a brand new album soon! I'm so excited! I'd sure love to go see them live too! I wanted to share with you, a new Dutch pop girl group that I got into recently. There are three girls, just like in K3, and also they sound like K3 a lot. I love them! They are called M-kids. Maybe you have heard of them before? - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Uf8JQ-MIpQ

Yeah! I actually feel now that "colors in my life" is better than her later two albums! Glad you enjoyed it. Definitely the most special artist discovery for me recently! Oh and bytheway, it wasn't something that one of us did on dubtrack that made the videos stop playing, it was a short hiccup on the site..shortly after you left and I went into another room, the problem stopped and the site returned to normal operations. Weird errors like that happen every now and then on dub, so sorry about that. xD
