Hey Rob, long time no contact...thanks for the shout : ) I thought it about time i explored a little beyond the familiar and much cherished Lesser Matters & Pet Grief. I found a solid gold nugget in I Don't Like It Like This that i'd previously not really paid attention to. Being really careful though not to overplay it all and therefore grow bored. I'll check your recommendation "That and Men I Trust" out . What is it ? Song, EP or band ? warmest greetings from Berlin (yes, still here!), Day

Too many listens. Been there. They're actually a French Canadian band called 'Men I Trust' There's something I like about the singer. Sandra feels their accompanying videos to be a bit amateurish... https://www.youtube.com/menitrust ... but I find them 'charming'. https://open.spotify.com/artist/3zmfs9cQwzJl575W1ZYXeT?si=ROCAbql_RUCl8RGmrE0M6w Warm greetings to you too!

I really like your music taste. It's similar to my own, yet I see a lot of artists and track in your Loved list that I wasn't familiar with. So, to that end, I exported your Loved list and imported it into Spotify. It dropped some tracks in the process, but the resulting list is still 1,600+ tracks. I'm really digging it. You can find it at http://open.spotify.com/user/brenta100/playlist/0cZ8xkBGWwZF5VrBBLzIMe

you're in my neighbours right now placed #27 which surprises me because of your eclectic tastes vs mine - boring & unadventureous; and because i never see any of my friends as neighbours. hope to see you soon. greeties, day

Forgot one: Heavenly Beat - Talent. It's a solo release from one of the guys from Beach Fossils (<- doesn't sound anything like them) A very swedish sounding, balearic, mellow poppy record. Definitely worth checkin' ;)

Hey lemonade! Just read your comment on agoobledigook's wall, thought i'd inject you with some ideas to check out: 1. The new Bibio album. Sounds much more organic than previous work. Falls quite nice in the category of the BB's. 2. Wild Nothing's Empty Estate EP. Different from previous efforts but pretty damn nice. That guy is definitely on a creative roll. 3. The Mary Onettes latest. Fabulous Dan Lissvik production pulled me into this. 4. Brother Tiger's 'Golden Years' - category: mellow poppy chill wavy ballearic. Has got some great hooks in places, makes it quite addictive i guess... anyways, i hope that there's some stuff there you like & i didn't just recommend you a pile poop, haha ;) greetz :)

Oh, I didn't notice that!! Well, it must be coincidence then!! That's unfortunate but hey, the Embassy's new album, Boat Club, and The BBs don't sound so bad. Well, I've been in search of Swedish gems these couple of months and I'm forcing myself to listen to bands that's not from Sweden; I can't help it though...⌣̈⃝

Well, truthfully speaking nothing beats The Bilinda Butchers. >w< Anyways, your library playlist looks really A+ so I was wondering if you'd recommend me anything good that I haven't heard of but need to. ◕‿◕

hey rob. it was so long ago, and i guess it has to do with my hopelessness when it comes to responding messages.. how was your evening? we went to buffalo bar after clientele so we missed the bands there, but what a wonderful club! and clientele, of course, phenomenal. hope you are doing well.
