Ooh yeah, floor plan makes a big difference. A lot of condos are so similar now, floor plans have become so cookie cutter. Yeah, Richmond and Surrey are kind of unwieldy with how large they are and under-served by rapid transit (minus the few hubs). New West seemed ideal in terms of access to the skytrain (we considered it when we were looking). We did manage to stay in the city, though we're kind of near the edge, quite close to Richmond/the airport. It definitely helps having 2 salaries to support us. Man, it has been a long time since I've gone to bed after midnight! I found it difficult having different schedules on weekends vs. weekdays so I just shifted to waking up at ~7am every day. I do miss being a night owl, it was the best way to capitalize on time for myself so I could read/write/game to my heart's content.

Ha I had to talk my bosses into letting me start my work day a bit later. Most people on my team are 7-3, but I work 10-5 on office days and 9:30-6:30ish on home days. I definitely see the appeal of a consistent schedule, but I'm loathe to give up my peaceful midnight hours. Happy Canada Day (+1 day) by the way! Do you still work downtown? I'd love to treat you to coffee/tea/boba/some kind of beverage someday and catch up more!

Happy belated Canada Day to you, too! Oh oof, I can't imagine working 7-3, but that sounds pretty normal when I talk to people with (school/daycare age) kids. I hear you on those midnight hours! I do miss them a lot, though I suppose I get them back in like 20 years or so, ha ha haaa... D: I do still work downtown, though I'm not in the office very much as baby hasn't been weaned yet. That should be changing sometime this fall, and then I might go into the office more often (especially if the weather is good). It'd be great to catch up! Is your number still the same? If so, I'll text you when I'm next planning on working downtown. Otherwise, my number is still the same so you can always WhatsApp/text me so I have updated contact info for you.

There's going to be a show you might be into. I'll be there, and a lot of other interesting people that like the same music that we do. Like most of us at this show, we're hoping to see an epic music scene emerge in Vancouver, in Canada, and North America… but at least we'll do this show in a really cool venue outside of the downtown core. I hope you can make it. http://www.last.fm/event/3489435+Ruin+Entertainment+presents:+Cirque+Nocturna

It's complicated if you don't analyze it, but it comes down to this: The Liberals and Conservatives put on a show for the masses and fight against each other, but behind closed doors they're all part of the same club. It pisses me off to know end that people can't see it. The sheeple have been dumbed down so much I guess. Sometimes I get so cynical where I wish I could be the next Hitler or Stalin.... Lmao MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA! But I'm just so tired of it I just want my to live alone with whoever my lover is in the middle of a forest in Sweden with a few acres and animals to take care. What was your cat's name? Aww you think it's cute? Thanks. :D What makes a turtle such a pain to care for? I haven't listened to either. I didn't even know the new Epica album was out yet, I'll check it out. I'll also check out the cover. Have you listened to ICS Vortex's album that came out last year? I finally got around listening to it because I was pissed off at ICS for the breaking up of Arcturus.

Don't worry aboot it, it's quite alright. Multiculturalism was hurting Germany so badly that they said fuck it. The same thing is happening to American. For example, here in California the illegal mexicans are getting priority over citizens. It doesn't help with all these young, naive liberals my age thinking that everyone should have an equal opportunity. yes, that would be nice but it's unrealistic. People are getting scholarships in College just for being fucking mexican! I hate most liberals btw, lol. Idealistic with no sense of reality. Anyways... Haha yes that is very dumb. Oh I'm sure it's on the rise everywhere, people are trying to get out of the US, middle east and countries on the Euro. That is kind of sad.... Now I know to stay away from Malmö. I plan to exile myself as an american (but keep my citizenship so it isn't a pain in the ass to come back for vacation, family and friends). hehe California is Immigration gone wrong as well.

We have idiots fighting over whos better: liberals or conservatives and the politicians are just letting them fight over it while they gain power and an ungodly amount of money. I'm just so sick of it! I need to leave this place and never come back. It's truly an incredible piece of music. My favorites have to be Venus, Jupiter and Uranus.

Well.... It's still cheaper than UC's! When it comes to culture, segregation is a good thing. Multiculturalism has been the death of many countries and civilizations. I only have one pet, a cat named Miso but I've always loved animals and nature. Aww I'm sorry, losing pets can be as hard as losing a close friend or family member. Turtles are cool, they can be a pain though. I couldn't live with just going up there every weekend, I'd have to live there permanently, haha. I don't really know what my comfortable range is in the negatives, the coldest I've been in is about -5 C and I was in shorts, lmao! It was a tad cold though. If you think Americans are silly you obviously havent spent much time around us, which is a good thing. Americans must be the most deluded type of people I know. America has been deteriorating for about 60 years into this mess of a country and people still think it's the "best country" in the world. But people aren't happy here, multiculturalism is killing it...

I'll phrase it better, I LOVE the cold! It's easier to warm up than to cool down. It won't be free for me because the US isn't a part of the EU :( did he say how long? No, I'm scottish, German, Italian, Japanese (WWII Axis of Evil >:D) and theres some african american in there. I'm a mut... If all goes well in school down there,I shall work to get my citizenship. I'm studying Animal Science and I plan on going to Vet School (hopefully in Sweden) after. I picked Sweden because I want to live in the foresty country with my own property and noone to bother me. Just me and my lover. 35 C.... Thats surprising! I die in weather past 27 C.. And yes I know how to convert Farenheit to Celsius, pretty smart for an Americant huh? You will LOVE the planets.

I actually like the cold! Which is one of the reasons why I'm going to go to college in and eventually get my citizenship in Sweden. Yep on movie trailers and such. Ye Grieg isn't as popular as Western Europe (geographically speaking) composers are.. He is a cult-classic. :D I LOVE Holst. Listen to the Planets Suite NOW! It's one of the best pieces of music ever written. Check it out. I'll have to check out his 2nd Suite.

I kind of envy you. I had a chance to learn piano when I was little, but I just wanted to be outside all day. Tchaikovsky wrote Beauty and the Beast, the disney movie is awesome though. To me, Norwegian composers are very good and underrated. German and Italian composers made more of the classical that is popular now. I've never heard Peer Gynt, I'll have to check him out.

Oh, you play the piano. I took a beginning piano class a few semesters ago, I liked it. It's a pity I don't have more time. I'm more partial to Beauty and the Beast myself, I just love it so much. I always scrobble Classical Music as the Composer. Thats the only way it should be done... Unfortunately a lot of Norwegian Classical composers are EXTREMELY underrated. One of my first foray's into the land of Classical Norway (other than Grieg) was with Ole Bull. He was a violinist, but he wrote his own versions of Norwegian Folk songs. You may have heard of Christian Sindig, Johann Svendsen and Johann Halvorsen. they're still underrated, but more known than Ole. Christian Sindig is fantastic!

Heavy as fuck is out of style, it's now time for the age of "heavy as asteroids!" Lol. Zappa goes from nice classic rock to prog to jazz fusion and thats why I love him. Ye I do, gotta love piratebay. :D I actually grew up on Classical. My dad always put on the classical radio station, Andrea Bocelli, Lucianno Pavarotti or some random composer on when we were in the car. When I was a little kid I thought "eew classical is so boring." But as I grew up and matured I started to like classical, and now I love it. I do plan on more classical to plague my charts, haha. Some of my favorite composers are Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev, Holst, and Grieg among a few others (who's names I can't spell). I think Russia the best classical comes from Russia, but Germany, Norway and 20th century American Composers are pretty darn fantastic as well.

Ye, thats what I heard. Also to back up that rumor, he had quite a few songs written for Ghost 2 last year. Z2 needs to be as heavy as asteroids, lol. Frank Zappa's discography and Captain Beefhart's are huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge! I have Frank Zappa's and CBH full disco. They both take up so much space on my tiny 250 gig hard drive. They're both insanely eclectic. CHeck out Illinois Enema Bandit :D that song is hilarious, as well as awesome.

He's going to be coming out with atleast 2 albums this year. If he decides to do Ziltoid 2, then 3. Ghost 2, Epicloud and Z2. Thats one of the reasons why I love him... And one of the reasons why I need to listen to Frank Zappa and Captain Beefheart more.

It was at the Devin Townsend concert. If you've never seen him live, I fully recommend it. It was so much fun and hes a really nice guy. Scale The Summit and 3 opened for him then Aqua and Rick Astley came on. Everyone legitimately enjoyed both.

That would've been nice, but I think they cared more about showing the world "they grew up." all the fuck words in MTM made me laugh since they thought that was growing up. It actually sounded a lot more juvenile because they were poorly placed.

lol, I guess people like us enjoyed this release the most! ^_^ Yup, I liked Karmacode and Comalies the most .. Shallow Life concentrated on smoothing out Andrea's vocals .. and in Dark Adrenaline they churned out better riffs than Shallow life. Yeah, its all slushy and awesome for skidding with the cars lol I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN! O_O my part time work at Timmies is seriously dreary waking up 5 in the morning just to get it over with. I think we are soooo going to bomb this second report -.-'

I wanted more tracks like To Live is to Hide and Our Truth .. still as an overall album it was good. To me their least attractive album was In a Reverie (which people might disagree with me) .. because of lack of song structure and emphasis on the atmosphere. Oh yeah, it rained today and it felt good. I like the rain quite a bit =) Studies .. its a nightmare .. I am losing sleep and feel that I could fall asleep anywhere and anytime. I have 3 reports and 2 presentations within the next 2-3 months .. 50, 100 and 150 pages report ='( But after this .. it's all a line of co op hopefully! How is your commute to work?

Haha, dont listen advice from a guy in matters like this XD Cheers and gnite!
