Hi fantomhands! Great musical taste! I need to check out some of the artists in your library. I'm curious to know what you'd think of my friends' band, MANKIND: www.youtube.com/watch?v=bedN-v9QMwc . Cheers from Sweden

Yo, I noticed that you've on the "top listeners" list for the 9:47 untitled Deakin track. Any chance you have an mp3 for it? I've been looking for it for a while but to no avail and would appreciate a way to download it if you've got one. Sick taste by the way

What? That's terrible. It's sad, but Asheville is pretty slow and/or lazy when it comes to booking shows, especially if it isn't your typical roots music. We just got lucky I think through some friends and connections. We played shows last year with our old band so that's helped get us new shows. We're always looking to meet new bands. We really want to try and build a scene here of different music but it seems a lot of people just can't get shows booked so we've helped some people by playing with them. We should try and set something up if we can get something else booked in the coming months. Don't give up yet!

I guess they'll tour again whenever they come out with a new album, but I don't think that will be any time soon. I think I'm probably not actually going to go to Moogfest. $70 per day for a bunch of hipster electronic bands that I don't have that much interest in doesn't sound very appealing. I think I'm going to go to Roguefest instead. It's $20 for 3 days of awesome local bands that would be playing if Moogfest hadn't taken over the city.
