Yeah, just over the net. I'd like to see them play one of these days though! I've just moved to Europe indefinitely, so perhaps it'll happen. Our mutual friend is a guy called Jake, he plays in The Frowning Clouds. Recommendations... I've been listening to a lot of Australian bands lately - Kitchen's Floor, UV Race, Total Control, King Gizzard, Woollen Kits, Murlocs, Twerps etc. But in terms of psychy stuff - The Blue Angel Lounge, Rancho Relaxo, Singapore Sling?

Thanks, you too! I did a little interview with BMK last month actually, I like their music a lot. That's a great track that you sent, I hadn't heard it before. I clicked your FB link at the top there and it seems we have a friend in common, the world sure is tiny sometimes!

Hi! Thanks for the compliment (I pride myself on the interestingness of my musical taste). Your charts seem cool. Two soundtracks I'd recommend would be those to Machinarium (ambient) and Opoona (electro acoustic). But this all depends on what your preferred style of instrumental music is.

Well if you like Smog, you might also like Songs:ohia. Also give Red House Painters a go if you're looking for some good old miserable music.
