I am alive! Starting to crawl out from under piles of schoolwork to see what this "internet" things I vaguely remember is. XD My first JoCo concert, "Space Doggity" was in the setlist right after "Soft Rocked by You", which ended with a pretty awesome audience singalong. Jonathan said he felt bad bringing the mood down after that, fiddled with his guitar a bit, and asked "Sooo, do you guys like dogs?" Paul had to turn away from the audience and wipe his eyes, he was laughing so hard. :D

Well, not my -entire- top 50 are TMBG. I have a BNL, a Tally Hall and and Islands track in there too! (But 47 of 50 is still pretty intense, haha)

Oh sure, no problem! I'm glad you're liking them and they are getting more fans. Such a unique and original band (and they're from my area, too!) they deserve to be much more well-known.

hehe, yes, The Bran Flakes consistently both amaze me and bring smiles to my day :D I'm glad my station both introduces you to and reminds you of things. I'm still exploring last.fm so thanks for these links :D

I'm so excited for the Frontalot concert, you have no idea, especially since I was sick and missed him the last time he was in the area. Still upset at my immune system for that! :D

Just listened to BoA for the first time today, but I thought her English CD was pretty good! I'll see if I can find some m-flo when I search for some of BoA's original Korean albums. :D

You haven't listened to Tally Hall?! Oh man, I highly recommend them! They're so creative and witty, probably my 3rd favourite band, if not second! I think the only band I've seen more than them is TMBG!

Yes! Getting a new iPod prompted me to get all my stuff of the old busted hard drive and on to one I can actually use, so now I have tunes again! :D (Gaga is fierce, haters gonna hate, etc etc. ;))

Wow, haha. I like how you've tagged a lot of her songs too. I had tags and then got rid of a whole lot of them..

You just discovered them?! I swear I've seen them on your lists! Oh man, if you heard any song on my channel by them I hope it was 'if it is the deep sea I can see you there' Aaaahhhh, love love love! They were just in town in December too! ; _ ; I heard the show was excellent. Also, seeing a list of your 'top tracks', you're the kind of person I could sing songs with at the top of our lungs! ;D RALPHIE...GET OFF...THE STAGE...SWEETHEART.

See that's weird...that's like 45 days of straight listening, and it hasn't even been that long since I joined Last FM! I have used it for like 10 hours/day since I joined. I used to always have ITunes playing about that same amount...I wonder if the 16,000 plays includes past iTunes plays? Odd.

Looks like we dropped down in January similar to stock market crash in the 1930s!

Why, thank you! I'm flattered you listened to it. :D Eh, finding weird bands is my job-what can I say. Tee hee. Hmmm, If you like You Love Her Coz She's Dead, I'd definitely recommend Crystal Castles, they're actually a LOT better-I dont know if you're a fan already-but in my opinion, they are a on a much lovelier scale. As for Go Betty Go, I recommend the song 'The Pirate Song' It's tune is great! It gets stuck in your head like woahhh. ;D I even did a shitty cover of it. And really?! If he did let me know, that's really interesting! =D

Now...when it says "SneakerPimps"...is it you listening to the original GIRLY sneakerpimps or the later released junk? This is key information.

Hahahahaha! I was surprised to see other girls there with pink hair. I was on the far right of the stage, one person from the bar. And, yes it's very cool! I'd love to meet more weirdo MN THey Might Be Giants fans! ALL of us have pretty open minds! And thank you.<3<3 Delightful show. What'd you think of it?

Quite alright....I believe Mr. Gaiman is in China at present. I harbored few hopes. But no matter! It was still an amazing show. Oh man...Bus Plunge. That was too excellent. =D I love watching grown men conduct themselves in a ridiculous manner. Few things are as entertaining. I'm sorry that I didn't see you at the show! Hopefully you can make it to TMBG.

You don't say! That would be quite the surprise. I've been longing for Neil Gaiman to show up as a surprise guest at a number of shows I've attended....which probably make me sound stalker-esque, but I assure you that's not the case. It just seems like he pops up at all the shows I don't attend. C'est la vie. Oh, I've heard MANY good things about Paul and Storm. I loved their Randy Newman-esque song-a-day. So brilliant. ANYWAY. Enjoy the show (future tense), and maybe I'll see you there!

Oh, well...I have the tendency to travel, and what better reason to travel than to see They Might Be Giants! =) You may have also noticed that I haven't been to any JoCo shows...unless you count his live performance broadcast for MST3K in theaters. At best, that counts as a fraction of a show in my book. Listen to me ramble...I apologize.

I am curious to experience being surrounded by hundreds of people shouting, in unison, "all we want to do is eat your brains". Please let me know how it goes for you. Also, if it helps with long term planning, TMBG will almost certainly stay after the show to sign something for everyone who wants their autograph.
