Those black metal bands you mentioned are really great. Happily I;m gonna see Agalloch this summer, can't wait for that opportunity ;). Keep on doing your incredible work, WOTE music is just on of a kind and I can't wait for listening to new album .

Hi! I guess you're the founder of WOTE. Amazing music! I can listen to it all the time, really. I love especially 'Anagami', yet the other albums are great. By the way, superb musical taste (so much dark ambient).

Yeah, it must be hard to get your foot through the door when it comes to making Industrial music, but hey...I bet it's still worth it, even if your only playing in front of 15 people. Right now, I'm actually in the process of trying to make some dark ambient myself, it's a lot harder then some people think. I want to create something that could be described more as sound collage, rather then the use of actually melodies and rhythms in the composition. I want to sample organic-type sounds from nature and mix that with noises you would hear from everyday machinery appliances. Much of the work would be sampled based, but not in the cheesy way like sampling a few lines from movies. Me and a few of my drinking buddies back in the day, we would sometimes go to this abandoned warehouse in the downtown Silver Spring area, which is great place for me to sample and get the highly reverbed hollowish type sounds I’ve been looking for. I don’t know how else to explain it, but it’s awesome.
