I'm not sure what you mean. I've only "reset" my scrobbles (deleted all of them) once, two years ago. That's because my top artists no longer accurately reflected my taste. If you're referring to noticing some scrobbles disappearing, I only scrobbles songs I like, and delete ones I don't. So, when listening to a song for the first time, I may delete it afterwards, depending on my opinion of it.

You posted on the La Dispute page looking for similar bands. Listen to mewithoutYou, they pretty much inspired La Dispute's sound. Catch for Us the Foxes, A->B Life, and Brother Sister are great albums

house is a class show, been binging it lately. there is something comforting about medical dramas idk what it is

Agreed. St. Elsewhere is a fantastic, underrated medical drama, if you find yourself looking for another to binge at some point. Also, if you find yourself with an itch for something else with a House-like lead character, there's a show called Elementary that's basically a police procedural version of House.

saw you on dante's page taking him down, good, i didn't know he was such a homophobic asshole :/ . only interacted with him cuz he was fighting with someone else i didnt like LOL i guess the enemy of my enemy is most def not my friend....anyways nice taste, not a whole lot similarity wise, but i do see nothing, nowhere which is signed to the label owned by my favorite artist Pete Wentz. How do you feel about Fall Out Boy ?

Yeah, I had no idea he was such a prick either. I always saw people hating on him, but never came across any of his homophobic comments before. I'm glad that stuff came out before I got much closer to him. As for your question, I quite like Fall Out Boy. I've never listened to one of their albums front to back, but I've enjoyed most songs I've heard from them. They're one of those bands that I fully intend to give a full listen to someday.

if ur open to recommendations i'd love to give some, i'm a pretty huge fob fan :P . i love all their work but i can understand that someone who enjoys their 1st album would hate their 7th. take this to your grave is pretty solid pop punk but nothing really wow-inducing, that's why i always suggest from under the cork tree when starting out. pretty quintessential with how fob is perceived by the general public, since their most well known hits like sugar we're goin down and dance dance are on said album. plus it's more reminiscent of the band's hardcore roots than the previous album while still bending pop and punk so it's likely more enjoyable for ppl with heavier music tastes. imo however folie a deux is their best album and one that must be listened to front to back. life changing good. very brand new eyes by paramore meets my beautiful dark twisted fantasy by kanye west. however whatever you do listen to and whenever you do, i hope you enjoy it :] <3

I mean I agree that just cause a song's popular doesn't assure it's quality and I do support talented small, indie artists financially as much as I can but I find the whole "All popular music is soulless, trash and corporate-engineered and people who follow it can't appreciate good music so I'll never listen to pop" schtick pretty embarrassing. Some pop artists really put a lot of work and flavour in their songs and it's crude to shit on that.

Thank you, I've subscribed to the YouTube channel, it's probably best to start with that. I like that they seem to want to abolish capital punishment, I have been against it ever since I can think, it is just inhumane. I am not 100% sure where I stand politically, so yes I am open-minded. People have forgotten how to debate and that leads to social unrest. I wonder how an anarchist would deal with homelessness? It is quite rampant over here where I live and most people live with 3-5 strangers well into their 40s. The current systems seem pretty terrible at wealth distribution, someone on Twitter calculated Elon Musk's tax contributions and he paid way less (in %) than me. I wonder how it could be regulated that nobody has to sleep on the street and get some kind of equality, and how it can be avoided that personal greed exploits people (bad living/housing/work conditions) and resources (excessive pollution, throwing away instead of fixing things etc.)

I personally believe that rampant homelessness is a symptom of capitalism, and the exact wealth-hoarding that people such as Musk engage in. That's why I'm an anarcho-socialist. I believe that a direct reformation of our economic systems is required in order to address inequality and poverty. Also, yes, I concede that YT videos are a lot easier to learn from than reading really old texts lol. I also recommend Second Thought if you want to learn more about socialism. He has an excellent video on capital punishment and the prison industry.

Thanks for the recommendation. Yes, I agree on that part... it makes you wonder. I do not think that these people will ever give up their wealth. I am glad you are still an idealist and have strong values (:

Holy shit, dude, sorry. I still scrobble everything I listen to, but haven't been on this site for a couple months. Honestly, it's been a really bad year for me. Since February, everything has just been so stressful that it's destroyed my mental health. Luckily, I've been a lot better off as of late. My insomnia is kicking my ass, which just leads to an endless cycle of feeling hungover/dizzy, which then sets off my anxiety. Fun times, but as I said, I'm getting better. Holy shit, the world has gone crazy though. I hope you're doing well, or at least better than I have. :)
