I wish American rock would learn something from Japan. Japanese rock music is usually really interesting. Mass of the Fermenting Dregs are amazing and super underrated.

I actually haven't listened to him properly in years. I don't listen to a lot of electronic, but his stuff is great. Do you like Venetian Snares? He's my favorite electronic musician.

You liked Melt-Banana in middle school? That's pretty advanced. Also, lots of cool stuff here.

I'm a huge Lupe fan so I really liked it. I found the concept to be incredibly interesting, and lyrically the dude has not skipped a beat. Production-wise, the beats were lovely. Each song felt like its own little chapter that just adds on to the concept further. Definitely one of my favorites of 2018. Yeah, I agree, it was long (to be fair, I think it's a double album), but there really aren't any filler songs. It's just great songs all the way through.

i like maybe 2 songs from asap rocky but otherwise i don't like his music. i think it's his voice that turns me off of it, he sounds bored half the time. we are now at low compatibility and not very low. let's see how it changes when i listen to more music!

i didn’t listen to it growing up. living in america helps my english. i finally got my green card so i can take care of victor and not be sent home! he is not in good health so i make sure he is okay. yes, he listens to a lots of music...especially the obscure black metal cassettes that only 2 people have heard of...i think black metal is just okay. i don’t know why norway is known for burning churches over here. we are better at other things like eating salmon and stargazing.

that's cool! i don't listen to a lot of hip-hop but my boyfriend does. he listens to everything. i've listened to some of the more mainstream trap (?) stuff that he listens to and i don't really like it. i think it was asap rocky. he took me to a travis scott concert last night and it was fun though! i like death grips, danny brown, and jpegmafia from hip-hop and that's really it. my favorite bands are lightning bolt and the residents but i like a lot of other weird stuff. what is some good hip-hop that you like?

Damn, San Marcos was literally my least favorite. I loved Joba's verse on J'OUVERT and I found HONEY and WEIGHT to be pretty great as well. The album as a whole was a little bit of a letdown for me, though. I mean, there are a couple songs that go hard, but most of the album is soft. They really are trying to be a boyband imo.

You're forgetting that the fans are batshit insane! How do people even believe this "No Pulse" thing? X never mentioned it, he only said his 3 upcoming albums will be named "?", Skins, and Bad Vibes Forever. Nothing about No Pulse. The YouTubers who are making those "X IS STILL ALIVE" videos should be ashamed of themselves, it's actually disgusting. Not only are you swaying younger fans and getting their hopes up, but it's complete bullshit, with little to no evidence and blatant ignorance of facts, like his label confirming it, the police, and his funeral. Not to mention the shitty "paranormal" shit people are doing and the constant trying to link X to anything for views, it's appalling. The fact that people stoop this low for money sucks.

It’s sad that he died. If he truly did commit those crimes, the only justice would’ve been seeing him in court and then behind bars. Now he’ll be a sort of martyr figure to his fans, and the alleged abused gets overlooked after what she’s been through. It’s not a black and white issue. Either way: it sucks that he was gunned down, and it sucks that justice wasn’t able to be served the proper way. A sad situation all around.

"NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO CRITICIZE X THIS IS A TRAGEDY AND YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT HIS LOVED ONES STAY POSITIVE except for the victim of his crimes fuck that bitch we will send death threats to her burn her stuff and continue to physically intimidate her even though the one person who could hypothetically benefit from our misguided retardation is dead"

Definitely, dude. Assuming the allegations against X were true, they chased and further abused a victim of extreme abuse when she was just trying to mourn her abuser. Which is really sad, as it's just textbook Stockholm Syndrome. A significant percentage of all domestic abuse victims go back to the person doing it to them if they escape.

I was disappointed with Ye when it dropped, but I still think it's a good album, just no real "wow" moments. Figured I should temper my expectations for Kids See Ghosts. But holy shit, KSG is everything I wanted from a Kanye/Cudi collab and then some. Solid bars, beautiful Cudi harmonies, fantastic production, and it all flowed together beautifully. I think Kanye put more time/effort into this one, and it shows. Sorry for doubting you, Ye. Freeee is soooo good. It really is on some psychedelic tip and I think that’s why I like it so much. Probably will be an unpopular opinion, but I like it more than Ghost Town Pt. 1. Easily one of my faves on the album.
