Hi there! Judging by your recent listening history, I'm guessing you followed ESC this year? Which song was your favourite, not counting Danny's keytar solo of course? Much love!

Sounds good! I agree with you on Croatia (my number 1), 2. Estonia (that's my 'drug') and 3. Finland with their hilarious act. Norway follows at number 4!

For me, the new album is really god! The music is catchy and we totally find the Voyager's spirit. And Voyager surprise me with the featuring with Sean Harmanis. I like Make Them Suffer too, and the contrast between the two is great.

So freakin' spooky, I was just going onto your profile to say something about Voyager haha! Like it literally said I had a notification 30 seconds before I was on your profile to say "OMG!!!" I REALLY hope they're voted through to Eurovision because that would be incredible! I watch Eurovision every year and I have bee hoping since Lordi won in the 2000s that there would be better rock/metal artists involved. I hear The Rasmus (of In the Shadows fame) are hoping to represent Finland and Trollfest are hoping to represent Norway with a hilarious song called Dance Like a Pink Flamingo (which is on Spotify)

Oh! LOL that's awesome! guess we were on the same wave length :). Well they're getting my vote, there's no two ways about it. I just had a look at the ones they're up against for us, and i've never heard of either of them, one of them is from Australian Idol (Surprise Surprise smh) but i've got a really good feeling about Voyager's chances, but i dare say from an Australian point of view, Voyager would be our last/best chance for a long time if ever. If we continue to have pop/indie singers represent us, we're done before we've even begun. Europe would go crazy for them as they already do. Yeah f'sure that would be a great reason as well. The year Lordi won was the first time i ever heard about the whole thing and watched it. I remember my Brother ended up buying the album when it came out, which i still have with me actually just never took the proper time to hear it all. Haha nice! i'm gonna have to check that out. This Dreamer track!!! So addictive :)

Haha absolutely the same wavelength. If it goes through, it'll obviously get my vote too. I don't know how some of the Eurovision traditional fans will like it, but I reckon there'd be a few more people voting for them for something a little different. The UK will put something awful forward again I'm sure. The BBC always play it far too safe, so safe that we get 0 points even for entries which weren't bad. I don't know how it became such a big thing in Australia, but it's great having a country not afraid of putting something different forward. I've got my fingers and toes crossed! Lordi definitely put through a catch track. I think they ended up getting 12 points from so many countries that they were shocked. I think all the metal fans voted for them as a two fingers up. I'm afraid I've been watching it since I was a kid and my family all hate it! I can't stream Dreamer through Spotify yet, it's still Thursday here. Sooooooooon!

I had to look up who Envy of None were again and i definitely need to hear the rest of the album. You too! i'm just about to reply to your DM. I'll give you an update on things there.

Honestly there's not many days that pass where i don't think, i need to hurry up and reply to ya lol. It was sweet! It was basically an evloution of Voyager performance where they played songs from each album in Chronological order. I just got my Pre-order shirt for it yesterday.

Saw Scandroid on your played list, and liked his hair, so I tried a song, and ended up ordering two albums after hearing two tracks. And I thought *I* had amazing taste.

The new album is superb. I had fallen out of love with them with the releases between New Moon and this new one, live they were still amazing but I never got into the other two albums. Yeah I've other battles just now and in home all the time due to mobility problems so all good here. How about you?

I'm doing okay. My company moved to telework last week. It was an adjustment, but I've found a good routine and made the transition. (The worst problem has been having enough internet bandwidth for me, my wife and our two sons to log on at once.) My office does a lot of international travel and people were worried about exposure, but so far none of us is showing symptoms. Music wise, a lot of classical in the rotation, and albums that I haven't heard in a while.

SFSC is great. I sing it to my cat hahahaha!!! They're the three I play the most off the album. No sadly not, they had to cancel because Rick ended up in hospital last night :( Both Glasgow and Dundee shows have been cancelled. But his health is far more important than anything.

Ha payback with the slow reply ;) Yeah Gasoline Dreams is great too. When I went to America the other year, we had a short stop in Georgia, so of course I had to listen to Outkast on the plane! I really need to listen to more of their stuff. I have The Love Below too, but that's it. Yeah, I think they'll try to come back, but I think he's still getting tests or at least being told to rest. We saw them last year supporting Lifesigns (who are very cool too).

Harsh lol, i'll cop that. In my defense i did reply quick to one, and came so close to replying the day of this one :P. I remembered SFSC by the chorus. Cool :) i bet they're a treat to watch live, I'm in love with Chrissy's sound. I heard the first album yesterday. I think i like Mesmeranto more but still enjoyed it. Just leaves the Blackheart stuff. Btw was the name change to distunguish themselves from other groups named Blackheart? Lifesigns, what song/s would you recommend from them?

Ah, how useful! I used the work in an office where the same radio station was on every single day, which unfortunately didn't prove to be quite so illuminating. Nowadays I sometimes listen to radio in the car where I picked up Tom Odell, someone who I wouldn't have found otherwise.

SO NOW IT HAPPENED, I also got the ugly, confusing layout too. Last.FM already tried to install this style (song title on the left, artist on the right) years ago and failed (/ lost a huge bunch of users). Aren't they interested in the opinions of their users and subscribers? I can't believe that more than 10 % of "us" all appreciate the layout design. I, personally, am a member since 2002 (since 2007 with another name), we've walked through a lot of changes, lost a few very good features, but THIS is REALLY bugging me out to the max. Express your opinion: create a user account in their community support on www.getsatisfaction.com/lastfm . We can't let this happen! We love our customary Last.FM that we're used to for ages. Without us this page is nothing, and we have to tell the admins that we love the style that's been here for years. WE are Last.FM !!!

I have to say, I've not noticed anything that's really bugged me with this update (yet) but I've not really been on to look. I'm still annoyed they got rid of the groups tbh but I don't think they'll reinstate that. This is my 3rd profile on here (I deleted the first one) but I think I've been on here since around 2002 as well roughly.

yea i've heard darkened nocturnal slaughtercult are a bit scary. i don't think i've ever really heard a good sound in the garage, except maybe yob in the downstairs bit once, so it makes sense the best bands were the ones with the good stage show rather than just music. i've barely listened to omnium gatherum or melodeath in years woops.

Hey m'dear! Sorry about the delay. Last.fm doesn't notify me when I get a shout these days... :/ Anyway, yep, I'm pretty good! My gf has moved in with me, celebrated my birthday a couple of weeks ago and everything seems to be coming together nicely... just need a better job and I'll be sorted! Haha! How are you? Oh, one thing I actually meant to ask you... what do you think of Jeremy Corbyn becoming the new Labour leader? :)

Ah, I've heard Subway to Sally are excellent live but never seen them either. Eric's vocals are just brilliant. Both these bands are definitely high up on the list. I'd like to get back into attending metal festivals to up my chances of seeing 'em!

Oh I bet. I've had the sad misfortune of never managing to see them live thus far and I guess I never will with Yossi on guitar. It's a little ridiculous, they even played London once when I was visiting Israel. Coulda' seen them if it was any other time of year! By the way, good to see you listening to Subway to Sally. Ohne Liebe is one of the greatest folk metal songs ever recorded as far as I'm concerned. Puts an instant smile on my face.

Thanks for pointing that out! I looked him up and dare I say it you're right. It's the only time I've dared to look half as handsome as that bloke mind. I'd put some of it down to some kind of Jewish kinship but we're unlikely to have much blood in common. Still, yet another Joe Crivello lookalike out there. :P
