Sure thing man. And that's awesome. I think I heard of you guys on IVM a little while back. Not gonna lie, I honestly forgot that I'd listened to y'all. But now I recall after checking my scrobbles, haha.

Hey. Just stopping by to throw some recommendations your way. I'd suggest you check out some Believable Picnic, Hoi Polloi, Lunasect, Stereo Deluxx... maybe even Fleming & John [?]. Besides that, you basically know about all my favorite alternative/ "underground" CCM- at least the more rock-oriented stuff [since I noticed you're not as big into adult alternative as I am! lol]. Oh, and while I'm here I might as well ask- if you happen to listen to any lesser-known CCM pop-punk; I'm trying to rediscover some lost favorites from the 90's- 2000s that played on a then-small station based in Ontario, but I'm not having any luck (probably because they were local or something). Any suggestions would be helpful- at least as a point to start from...

[Continued] Anyway...since you've picked up on those artists, let me share another recommendation: David Arkenstone. He may as well be the premier composer in the world of instrumental music, with dozens of albums spanning the past 25 years. His brand of music can often whisk you away to other worlds--I love it. He's one of my greatest discoveries from Pandora back in 2009.

I love Fariborz Lachini. I discovered him back in late 2009, when I was looking for more Christmas piano music to add to my collection. I fell in love with what I heard, and, it wasn't long until I took a look at his regular stuff as well. I love it. I know he's big in Europe, especially Iran, but I doubt he has any big following out west. Now, Jim Brickman may be the exact opposite, being well-known in the US. I grew up unknowingly hearing some of his stuff as background music on radio shows, and so, it was a treat when I finally identified such tracks as his, years later. Very cool. Now, as for Lindsey Stirling...she's incredible! That's her in my pic if you didn't know, haha. She's basically taking over my charts. However, mellow music is the exception for her, not the norm! "Song Of The Caged Bird" and her takes on "My Immortal" & "River Flows In You" are my favorites among her mellower stuff, but she generally does electronic/dubstep music. Not sure how mellow that is to you :)

Yeah, I'm not too big on country music either--I can't stand about 99% of the "twangy" country/bluegrass stuff, haha. But there is some decent country music...I can tolerate or even enjoy some country songs that sound like they could (or actually did) crossover to mainstream radio. I've even seen a little of it get Christian airplay, like Rascal Flatts' "Changed"--that's a song (and a band) I overall enjoy. ...Anyway, I definitely agree with what you said about Phil Keaggy. He's so great, but it's kinda a shame you don't hear him on the radio anymore. (At least, I don't think I've ever heard him once--aside from Christmas songs--in the past 10 years I've been listening to Christian radio.) So, you mentioned seeing some new names on my charts: who might those be? Hope you enjoy going through my lists, haha...I have a ton of artists/songs.

Thanks for the friend request! Nice library you've got there.... and with 18 plays for your top song overall and over 2000 artists, you really get around! If I find something new that reminds me of your charts, I'll be sure to shoot you a recommendation. God bless, my friend :)

Hello Kavin, thanks for the friend request! I see you like the harder side of music, huh? Me, I generally like rock only in small doses, haha. Now, Phil Keaggy on your list strikes me as interesting. I love his acoustic and other instrumental material. What about you? Well, take care and God bless. Have a great weekend!
