hey, on the page of Bloods & Crips I saw you talked about most of them being dead or in prison, and I was wondering how you know this? I tried googling it but couldn't find anything about that

Saw Opeth, and Suffocation with Decapitated last week. Opeth and Suffocation ruled so fucking hard :)

RE: Your Primus comment. You should check out "Suck on This", it is from the same ERA as Frizzle Fry, but is Live. I prefer it, it is amazing. Sailing the Seas of Cheese is probably the closest you will get to Frizzle Fry. Each Primus album has it's own unique vibe to it, and in the end it is Primus... it isn't for everyone. :P Enjoy. :)

Well, you could do it in 3 ways A. Start with the biggest bands. B. Start with one sub genre or C. Try 2 or 3 bands from each sub genre. Personally, C is the best.

Ah, well if you ever want to explore it more, I'd be happy to help. :). Ac/dc and Styx were my 2 favorite bands as a kid.

I figured that you had heard them before. At least 10 of their songs are still played on the radio. They'd probably make my top 25 list. Do you like any classic rock at all? (Not trying to start something, but I find it hard to believe that with the different sub genres you don't like at least one band).

You've never heard of the Eagles? Damn, that's a first. Yeah, they're 70s country/folk rock. Hotel California is like the best album of 1976 (minus Fleetwood Mac - Rumours). Look up the title track on youtube and skip to the 3 minute mark and listen to the 2 guitar solos at the end. As for as Ozzy, I like his ballads.

But, but, but Changes is one of my favorites off of Vol 4. Regardless, it's still a pretty good album. I'm listening to the Eagles - Hotel California on vinyl. I'm sure that it's not for you :p.

If he doesn't come, I'll be pissed haha. Waiting to know what the go is... Also keen as for Motley Crue, they'll be touring in May as well. They need to hurry up and release the dates so I can get my shit together haha.

Hahaha. I'm normally a Jack Daniels man, but when I wanna get the job done and rage hard, vodka and red bull is the way to go. As for Frank, he announced a few years ago he wasn't going to tour much, and concentrate on his family. Last time Suffo were here, John from Dying Fetus did vocals.

Well I was pre-drinking with the friends I was staying with while I was in Adelaide, but was going to the gig by myself... I was running out of money too, so I was like, fuck it, I'm gonna drink this whole bottle of vodka and get rowdy haha, the other 2 shows I went to that week were pretty lonely :( Ended up waking up at like 1am pretty charged and went to town to meet up with an old girlfriend and partied all night haha. Worst hangover ever lol.

Haha I was supposed to see Psycroptic in December last year, on their tour with Thy Art Is Murder/Revocation/Disentomb/Fit For An Autopsy, but I got so drunk I passed out and missed it haha. Napalm Death/Carcass is coming up soon too. Seriously considering it, or Suffocation :)

I know Solstice, (I would say that is similiar to Pagan Altar) but haven't listened any of thier albums yet, great advice by the way. Scald I think they only have one demo or tape or something like that, I have heard the name but not their music yet. About the other band, I don't know anything about them hehehe.

Well, I'm only about 5 ft 7 in (maybe 8 inches), so that shouldn't be much of a problem. I've never listened to Primus. I don't even know what genre (s) they play.

I'm in the middle of moving as you probably already know. (My bare ass new room: https://fbcdn-sphotos-f-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xpf1/t31.0-8/1495377_760401904036823_8062147802667880814_o.jpg?efg=eyJpIjoidCJ9 and https://scontent-a-atl.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xfa1/t31.0-8/10917177_760402030703477_63077269865107839_o.jpg?efg=eyJpIjoidCJ9. The stuff in the photo is my late grandfather's. I get his old room). Musically, I'm just trying to buy stuff, particularly metal. I've got about $170 i can spend on music this month.

Yeah! I do know the album pretty well, in fact I also enjoy Messiah's era and the whole Candlemass thing... it's almost the only band that I like with that kind of vocals. It's kinda strange my fascination with Candlemass because I also like Avatarium, Leif Eidling's project with a girl on vocals, because most of the time I don't like female vocals on metal as well hehehe.

There have been some serious discussions at times. I try to encourage them when they happen.

Sounds good. Ignore the current bullshit happening in the group. It's the Slay/Lars show again.
