MMY is the fifth and final album by the Japanese all girls band the peggies and released on September 7th 2022.
The album is mostly a compilation album of their best songs from across their discography. The only original song for the album is track 17 "CHEESE!".
On July 8th 2022 the band announced that they were going on indefinite hiatus. This album along with "the peggies tour 2022 My White" marks the current end of the band. As of this date anything involving the band has been silent.
Two of the three band members are active on their social medias. Lead singer and guitarist, Yuuho Kitazawa, has started her own solo project under the name Q.I.S. meaning "Queens in Sweaters". The drummer Miku Onuki has been helping and drumming for other bands like Mr.ふぉるて. The bassist Maiko Ishiwata annoucned on February 3, 2024 that she had gotten married to Anami Shingo, the bassist for Ryokuoushoku Shakai. Which explains why she isn't as active as the other two.
