Go the the album page on last.fm and read Barnes' quote in the album description. The noisy part of the song (and the whole album) will make a lot more sense.

Fuck! This smooth crossover from happy and damn melodic first part to as you named it broww-broww-part is probably the best thing about this track. What's more, it change again and become..."jolly" at the end of the song.Without this it'd be only like "ok, that's good sweet-sugary track".Thankfully is insane, like the whole album.

I love the the first two minutes of this song so much... but I just can't get through that extended broww-broww-broww-broww part. I really tried to get used to it, and it didn't work. It gets listenable around 3:30 again, but by that time I've already reached for the skip button...

the noisiness completes this. what's wrong with you guys? this song is amazing as one entity, you can't break it apart. and i'm pretty sure fast forwarding through songs is the worst crime against music to ever exist. i'd love it is more of their music had these erratic spurts of noise.

I like this song. It's great to listen to at the start of the morning everyday when I'm on the bus. Will definitely be checking out more of them in the future. Plus one of the band members came up with the name Homestar Runner, whose toons I love. <3

Yeah... at about 1:45 into this, when it steadily degenerates into a marching wall of white-noise cacaphony and distotred shard of strum und drangle .... I tend to to kill the track or fast-forward to the later bit when the vox kick back in to mollify the madness somewhat- But then again; that's what's so euphorically enticing about Mr. Barnes: he composes odes that, note for note, follow and billow and breathe and evolve like the moods and thoughts of his listeners. It is Loki well-married to Dionysus- in an ectsatic threeway with Bast, Kali and Aphrodite (wait- um, 5-way?)... Artemis is only watching from the pillars... Yum.
