i have a feeling. an inner vibe. as of this being posted, i'm not the biggest paralytic stalks fan. i had a scattered journey with of montreal, with this one being one of the later albums i've heard (as of this message). currently i'll say it's good but nothing tremendous. however, that vibe is telling me that i'm going to love this album. not right now, maybe no time soon but i'm going to fall in love with this album like i have with my other favourites. and when that happens, i'm gonna comment on this shout i'm making. and by then, this album will have won. for right now though, "dour percentage" is the best song on here.

The plot twist is that this is actually of Montreal's best album and everybody who disagree are objectively incorrect. [9]

The guitars are really low in the mix for this and it creates a really overwhelming sense of sound

This album makes my heart sing and my brain seek enlightenment while struggling against the sweltering tide of depression and psychosis. Its definitely a fan-first album and veers away from soft ears of more mainstream fans that yearn for Hissing Fauna electro-pop, as a fan of OM from the early days this album makes me very very happy. I love a good challenge with my music.
