TRUE for non-japanese actually lol (esp if they don't like BEP on their own), but kinda ignorant to assume an entire country they originate from doesn't love them on their own merit

I think this comparison applies more to their electronic-oriented albums. But overall, I believe the two groups have a lot more differences than similarities. The musical scope that m-flo explores is much more wide-ranging, and Lisa's vocal style is quite different from Fergie's, both in terms of tone and metrics. I don't see much reason for this type of comparison.

were the "been so long" vinyl and CD single released at the same time? Amazon says the release date for the CD single is December 2nd 1998 but that's the date that generasia has for the vinyl release. but it also says the single was only released on vinyl, which isn't true - it was released on CD also with Incognito as a b-side. so I'm confused.

Discogs has the CD release date as Dec.2 and for the record it just has the year 1998 with no exact date (which seems to be common for records).

wow I didn't expect anyone to answer my question. thanks! I refer to Japanese Wikipedia often for other things I don't know why I didn't think to check there.

I'm so glad LISA is back - the new single is way better than a lot of the EDM stuff they've released in the recent years

I'm only into their old releases, 'come back to me' is beautiful; from the old songs the lowest ones are the best!

Tagging m-flo tracks is so stressful, I've just given up. They're all going down as m-flo now.

FUTURE IS WOW is one of the worst albums I've ever had to sit through. Square One and NEVEN were dire, but not -this- dire.

IRONY is definitely dope and the best thing they've done in quite some time. Each of the last few albums has had maybe a few or so songs I'd really listen to more than once. I like the 2nd half of "d.w.m" right when the girl from Flower/E-girls comes in, "1NCE AGAIN" is a guilty pleasure for sure, and I'm sort of ashamed to say I find myself listen to "my way" more often than I should.

idhtt at all for having a separate tag for each song with a feature, so I'm just tagging it all "(feat. ____)". [2] That's how I'm doing it.

All this effort for tagging for an album I probably won't even listen to again...

Square One has been growing on me, kinda. Is it still their worst album, tho? Yes.
