Flatout 2, как я ненавидел первый трек в детстве. Но когда послушал в осознанном возрасте понял что он неплох.

TehSpiral...Pearl Jam is regarded as one of the greatest rock/grunge bands ever, and Eddie Vedder has possibly the greatest stage presence and charisma that I've ever seen from any frontman in rock history, in my opinion. I like Wolfmother a lot, don't get me wrong, but seriously; if you're going to put them ahead of Pearl Jam, modern AND older rock has failed you, big time.

Have known the band for a long time but never really listened to it. Yesterday I started listening cause they are coming to Rock Werchter this year so I'm probably going to see them. I like this album, Colossal and Mind's Eye are great songs, it's a shame though this albums suffers so much from loudness war...

I have to give an answer to your question, just because I do love Pearl Jam, and your post was really heavy ... Why do I love Pearl Jam? I just love it.. Dunno... I could just the same ask you why do you love whatevet do you love? I guess people just feel what they feel... And love what they love... Personally, Pearl Jam changed my life, and helped me through some pretty tough moments... I could always find what i felt inside their music... And I too despise a lot of things, maybe even some of your favourite artists, but I would never act so arogant and disrespectfull as you did... But, I am taking things waay too seriously anyway, and people are different and I respect that. Peace.

"when i was 16 pearl jam released "ten"..those were the days my young friends ;D" Surely you must be joking. 'Ten' manages to cram an unfathomable amount of songs I despise onto one record. WHY do people like Pearl Jam? I'd rather listen to these guys play blatant homage (re: plagiarism) to Sabbath and Zeppelin than endure Vedder's voice and the group trying to sound like a shitty version of The Who.

I just saw that Chris Ross who used to be part of Wolfmother has been nominated in the Worlds Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity poll at PETAAsiaPacific.com! I'm a big fan of his and I'm so happy to see he has a compassionate side for animals. Make sure you cast your vote for him here: http://www.petaasiapacific.com/FeatureSexiestVegetarianCelebrity.asp?c=papsv09cr Chris apparently made the switch in diet because of the horrific conditions on factory farms where animals are raised for food as well as the devastating effect meat production has on the environment and the great health benefits of a meat free diet. Who knew!
