if the homies ask, his hardest verse is probably his feature in M'$. but let's be real, this verse is undefeated.

the wayne verse is definitely the only part that ACTUALLY works, but i think the rest of it is fun/funny in certain contexts. if you make up your mind to get really drunk and relentlessly suck ass on a saturday night you could not find a better anthem to put on repeat for the soundtrack

it helps that beneath the deeply goofy production/performance choices it is a genuinely well written song, as the home demo attests. i still regret we didn’t get a version with lil wayne’s rap on either of the acoustic alone/not alone arrangements, ideally live with rivers, for the occasions when i want to hear this song while not sloshed and relentlessly sucking ass

gives me goosegumps every time. this is a truly masterpiece. a smart, groundbreaking and breathtaking piece of highest level conceptual art. western culture at its peak, for sure.

Понятно негодование фанов Weezer, ведь это совсем не в стиле группы, но в плане поп-песни это просто хитяра, удивлен что не выпустили сингл и не засветилась в чартах и на mtv

Oops this is my most played Weezer track. AOL session version with Chamillionaire is even better. Shit's lit, yo.

the joke isn't funny though. I dunno about hints of darkness either, I guess cuomo always gives that vibe though.

Now you see why so many people don't regard everything after Pinkerton very fondly. [3]
