Veronica Peter known as Vv Pete is an upcoming rapper / singer based in Western Sydney. Her hard-hitting delivery and one-of-a-kind energy has secured her multiple performances at venues including Oxford Arts Factory, The Sydney Opera House, whilst hyping crowds supporting Jay1 and Denzel Curry on their national tours.
She has cemented herself as one to watch, with a winning place in Acclaim Magazine All Stars and winning Next Big Thing at the annual FBi Radio Sydney Music Art and Culture Awards. Her underground hit 'Frauds', a grime-infused anthem, followed the audio release of her debut single ‘Bussit’ featuring in editorial playlisting at Apple Music & Spotify, on Ebro In The Morning on Hot 97 (US), in Footlocker's Summer Jam Campaign and hit Netflix series Heartbreak High.
Vv's highly anticipated follow up to 'Frauds' is the Baile Funk-enforced, Jersey club / drill heater 'Jordan 1s', produced by regular collaborator and Trackwork label-head Utility. The track leads into several exciting engagements for Vv including an upcoming NTS London Mix celebrating the release, performances for Trackwork’s Vivid Sydney event 'Club Service', Dark Mofo, and Listen Out.
It is the third in a string of videos leading into her debut EP showcasing a one-of-a-kind energy, endlessly witty phrasing, globe-trotting sonic influences and boss-level delivery.
