the greatest metalcore album ever and a contender for best metal and/or post-hardcore album as well

i like the first one (though repetitive), this one (though the first and last track are shit) and some tracks of define the great line (mainly because of the post-metal experimentation)

Underoath made some rad stuff before this, but I can't for life of me get into this phase of 'old Underoath'. Not at all into it beyond When the Sun Sleeps, at least. That track rocks.

Now I think it's their best album, but half year ago I didn't. [2] I listen to the recent tracks more but this is the only album I listen to from start to finish.

the last good underoath album...i don't even consider the newer stuff to even be the same band....they shoulda changed their name after this album...because they are now a a disgrace to what they once were

"I dont understand how this is a terrible album. There is so much passion and heart behind Dallas's scream and lyrics, you can almost feel his pain through listening to it. In my opinion...their best album." [4] Seriously, this album is where it's at.

Probably the most emotional album from them before this whole emo bullshit. Although the only album i haven't heard form them is Act of Depression.

"Spencer is so much better :(" <- for Underoath, yes. But Dallas in Maylene is awesome too. Maylene with Dallas and Underoath with Spencer, that's the right choice!
