Biography
Tyra Sanchez (born James Ross, from Orlando, FL) is the winning contestant of the second season of "RuPaul's Drag Race." Consistent throughout the entire run, "The Other" Tyra won three main challenges before taking the crown and is the only queen in the history of the series to never once "lip-sync for her life" during the entire run until the season finale.
Tyra released her single "Look At Me" in April of 2011 and also appeared in the second season of RuPaul's "Drag U" series and made a special appeared in "Drag Race" season 4 in the penultimate episode. She appears in the RuPaul music video "Jealous of My Boogie," which was the final challenge of her season. She is the subject of the documentary film "Drag Dad."
