'Candy Girl' featured in my playlist of Lynchian music due to its dreamy Peaks-y atmosphere.

I've enjoyed this band for quite sometime. You Wish You Were Red is contemporary film noir put to music-haunting, ethereal, beautiful dissonance...

Candy Girl is not the top song? :D kind of surprising. i was sure it could be the top song. i'm so glad to hear the whole album and a high quality version of Candy Girl after spending so much time listening to the demos.

@poopturtle, I thought the same thing first time I heard them. That's part of why I love them so much

not sure if anyone else gets this vibe but I really dig how on a few tracks there is some Twin Peaks Angelo Badalamenti style bass. Love it.

Indeed, theboredone. Yet it has a slight edginess and dissonance which lifts it above all the other dreamy, gauzy stuff, and makes it a laster.

I've really grown to enjoy the album, at first it sort of just totally washed over me with only 'Candy Girl' standing out to me but the are quite a few very very nice dream pop songs
