New Good Life and then the two newest Cursive albums. Plus 'No Resolution' and the film! Thanks for all the recent output Mr. Kasher. It's been fun to grow with you. Some songs I only partially related to but on relistening they hit home more and more.

Ted said at the Portland Cursive show that a new Good Life album was written. No Cursive material for a bit but my guess is the recent one off dates were them playing life together for fun. No idea on a release but I assume sometime in Spring or Summer of this year.

Wow, I've never heard Tim's solo records before, but after two songs of Adult Film I'm already surprised how good his works are. For me it sounds a bit more like Bright Eyes than Cursive, but that doesn't matter :)

Does anyone have a decent recording of his recent tour? I just saw him in Boston and he is playing an unbelievable version of The Recluse I would love to get as an mp3...

Just read that "10-things..." thing. Shit, being married, pregnant...and then listening to "Monogamy" for weeks? I mean, the whole album is about how awful all of that stuff can be.

Sadly was a bit disappointed with this last effort. With Game of Monogamy you can listen all the way through and enjoy every track. I cant make it through some of these tracks on Adult Film though... Life and Limbo has to be one of the worst tracks Tim has ever recorded...

He was so cool playing Solo Acoustic Emo for the punks between the Mariachi Bronx and The Bronx in Gothenburg. The more piss he had to take from the rude audience the more energy and power he got. True emostyle i suppose. Not familiar with his soloalbums but it was cool to hear a good life song I used to listen to a long time ago! I'd guess quite a tough tour for him if every date on it goes like this. Still very impressive, I'm sure he won some hearts.

Kasher is the monumental musician of my life. The one I'll still be listening to when I'm an old man.

Yep, Monogamy is great indeed! But I can't help but feel that the Bigamy EP is even better. Although it's wrong to compare an album to an ep. All in all, Kasher is a genius and one of the most important, honest, real and passionate artists in the "business". If only more people would realize this simple fact!

Really glad to see Stranger Than Strangers at the top of the list. That is one amazing tune.

I just love the way he combined rock instruments with those of an orchestra in 'The Game of Monogamy'. Makes such a great mix of sentimental and 'huge' sounds. Never expected to like this so much.

I love "The Game of Monogamy." Although Tim does seem to reiterate this theme of failed relationships/marriages, this album specifically goes into depth with that so intimately that it's by far one of the most powerful works he's written.

I really like Tim Kashers work. Really. But seriously, the next album he records, on his own, with Cusive or The Good Life hopefully won't be about dramatic relationships. One more album could be one too much.

Love Cursive, love the Good Life, and love Kasher, but his solo effort is so not memorable at all. Even Mama, I'm Swollen is better than his Monogamy album (and to me that's saying a hell of a lot). He continues to harp on the same concepts and feelings, and it seems as if he's not making any progress as a person just by looking at his lyrics. However, I still have great faith in Kasher the songwriter. Haven't given up yet.

The Album is so Cursive-ish. A bit hard to get used to but once you do awesome and not wearing out that fast. Can't wait to see him live!!!
