i would change absolutely nothing…except that snare sound. i can live with it. but i do wish it were something else. and okay the vocal is a little too treated, too (great performance, i just mean that tinny hollowed out effect). otherwise flawless. that fuckin’ slide guitar solo! sounds like theremin on a brian wilson masterpiece from ‘65/‘66. most of the guitars sound rootsy but a couple are practically new wave…so many great little details and moments

completely love that this song was apparently inspired by al green, you can hear "love & happiness" as well as his disco phase – pretty sweet

One of the greatest songs of the 90s. Of all of their songs, this is the one that sounds most like something his dad would write, although 6th Avenue Heartache and God Says Nothing Back also sound alot like his dad.

Will always have a nostalgic love for this song. My mom used to have this song on repeat when I was a baby because it was the only thing that would make me stop crying.

OHHHHH...so THAT'S who does this song. Man, I've been ignorant. Christ, always loved it, too.

last.fm has answered my prayers again :)! Jakob Dylan is way more talented than his father imo.
