Amazing how Decca chose them over The Beatles and then The Beatles become way more famous than The Tremeloes.

The lyrics speaks for itself. I like the song, the singer, and the group. I express our feelings. Tremeloes is a great group in my personal History.

The Beatles were rejected by Decca Records in 1961, less than a year before Beatlemania swept the UK. After recording fifteen tracks for the now infamous Decca Audition, the Fab Four was told that “guitar groups are on their way out” and “the Beatles have no future in show business.” Famous last words! Decca instead chose a group called the Tremeloes, who were local and would not cost as much money.

@Salt_The_Fries Actually, some of their late-1960s/early-1970s singles were written/co-written by group members.
