There is more than one band called The Phantoms:

1. 60s surf rock band.

2. The Phantoms is a group from Oslo, Norway formed in 1996. The first line-up included Leo Fossen from the legendary norwegian hip-hop act B.O.L.T. Warhead on vocals. They released a 7" in 1996 and a 10" in 1998 and a full-length CD in 2006.

3. The Phantoms were a slovak bigbeat band founded by singer and actor Marián Slovák, Juraj Esperejší (later he joined The Beatmen) and bassguitarist Peter Jiru. The Phantoms later add drummer Dušan Hájek. They were very popular slovak bigbit group. The was band broke up after Juraj Esperejší left the band.

4. The Phantoms are Polish neo psychedelic/garage band founded in Warsaw in 2009. They have realased EP called "Kowalski".

6. The Phantoms - Holland
Jack the Ripper was the title of the very first record from Eindhoven.s Phantoms, and you could hear it frequently on Radio Veronica. Band members were lead guitarist Ad v.d. Ven; bass player Wally Soute, founder of the Phantoms Ronald v.d.Horst (guitar), drummer Fred Grundlach and Marty van Rooy (voc). The band achieved national fame with I'll Go Crazy, which got to number 11 on the hit parade, followed by Tormented, which only got to 25. They even managed to release a true LP that, like the singles, appeared on Omega Records. The Phantoms were regularly seen on TV (Tienerama) and even performed in Belgium for the program Tienerklanken.

7. The Phantoms were a / band from Canada formed in 1986 from remnants of another band, The Rapid Waters Band. It was fronted by Jerome Godboo, along with Gregory Ray, Joe Toole and Big Ben Richardson. They released three albums, including "Alive At The Diamond":.
