Biography
The Origin hails from Orange County, California, and was formed in the mid to late 80s by Gary Jules and Michael Andrews. Their music is reminiscent of The Church, Echo & The Bunnymen, and Crowded House, to name a few.
Gary Jules left the band and Michael Andrews was left as songwriter and frontman for the band when they signed with Virgin Records which released their self-titled debut album in 1990.
