The Jelly Bean Bandits (aka Jelly Bean Bandits) are a psychedelic rock/garage rock band from Newburgh, New York. They formed in the year 1966. They consisted of Billy Donald (vocals), Jack Dougherty (guitars), Michael "Mr. Addams" Raab (keyboards) and Joe "Laredo London" Scalfari (drums). They released their eponymous album The Jelly Bean Bandits through Mainstream Records in 1967. They were mainly active in the 1960's. As time went by, they released a second album. It would be released 34 years after their debut album. They independently released their sophomore album entitled Time and Again in 2001.
