'The love-battered romance of a mid-teen Morrissey, the flat-capped indie twinkle of The Housemartins' says the NME, The Displacements, made up of school friends and brothers, Andy Stone, Nick Eversfield, Joe Wilson and James Stone are taking the music scene by storm.
After two sold out limited singles on Stiff Records, tours with The Courteeners, The Twang and The Enemy, and a new single Down and Out coming in July, 2008 and beyond will be theirs.
