I think this track was an off-shoot from the (off) white Album sessions. My first recollection of it was from a show dedicated to the history of the Beatles on 3RRR (an alternative Melbourne radio station). during the late 1980's. Ringo plays a part, but it does tend to descend into madness, ala, "What a shame Mary Jane had a pain at the party" , or the "Inner Light".
