Hailing from Poughkeepsie, NY, That's Outrageous! isn't afraid to push the boundaries that were given to them. From their poppy choruses to their dirty dub-step, they are in a genre of their own. With half of their lineup still in high school, and two self-recorded/produced debut singles, T.O!'s potential is through the roof, keep checking back for more updates!
