Ooooooohhh…. On the TLC Tip is the debut album from R&B/Hip Hop group TLC. The album was released on February 25, 1992 on LaFace Records.
The album was successful for the group, reaching #14 on the Billboard 200. It was certified 4x Platinum in the U.S. by the RIAA, while shipping 5 million copies worldwide.It is TLC's 3rd most successful album in the U.S
The album also managed to produce three Top Ten singles on the Billboard Hot 100: "Ain't 2 Proud 2 Beg" reached #6, while "Baby-Baby-Baby" and "What About Your Friends" reached #2 and #7; the album also produced the Top 30 single "Hat 2 Da Back". All singles from "Ooooooohhh…. On The TLC Tip" reached the Top 20 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks respectively.
