The Neighbourhood was again recorded in Halifax and produced by Tim Feswick. Most of the songs are Dave Carroll originals and this CD represents the recognition of Sons of Maxwell as more than just a bar band. Three videos from this recording were made and played on CMT Canada (The Neighbourhood, Queen of Argyle, and Oceanside Again) while the cover "And We Danced" charted on Canadian Country music radio.
