Never too late to find great art. I strongly recommend her album The Lion and the Cobra, it's mindblowing. "Fire on Babylon" off Universal Mother is also excellent. And great username -- seeing TAI do Snakes with Gabe in September is one of the most emotional experiences I've ever had at a concert.

Nope. He wrote the song and then gave it to his signed band the Family for their 1985 album, he didn't write the song 'for her', I suspect he didn't even knew who she was until she covered it.
