Sikitikis is an Italian band formed in Cagliari in 2000.
Extremely eclectic, Sikitikis easily draw from a very wide range of genres, not necessarily musical. Surf, garage, rock'n'roll, stoner, crossover, combined with Italian melodic music, soundtracks, strong electronic influences and beats of the early 90s. All without the use of guitars (particular that the band wants to emphasize), although the final product, rich in distortions and rough riffs, is still "guitar".
The band's name is a palindrome composed of the words "siki", from the English "sick" ("sick, out of mind"), and "Tiki", the name of the Polynesian anthropomorphic deities.
