07 Des is the third studio album from Indonesian pop rock band, Sheila on 7 released on March 26, 2002 through Sony Music. With hit singles "Seberapa Pantas", "Buat Aku Tersenyum", "Hingga Ujung Waktu", "Saat Aku Lanjut Usia" and "Pria Kesepian". The album was dedicated to the victims of the GOR Saburai tragedy in Bandar Lampung.
At Anugerah Musik Indonesia 2002, "07 Des" won the Best Album category and the song "Seberapa Pantas" won the Best Recording Artist and Best Non-Dangdut Music Producer categories.
