I'm only half way through and this is already a classic I don't careeeeee. The wait has paid off.

Does anyone else suffer with listening to an album that objectively sounds great but not being able to connect with it? Like, I recognize the production is smooth and Sampha is one of the most talented vocalists in the game right now, but I'm not head over heels with this new album. Maybe i need to drill it in my head a bit more

too many variables between both artists with not enough evidence imo. both been established for ages and both indisputably GOATs of contemporary r&b but with frank only having 4 albums and sampha only having 1 idk if you can compare the discog convincingly enough without drawing on features. frank def has wider influence imo tho
