"This is How We Party" is the debut single from Danish pop duo, S.O.A.P.. It was released in 1998 as the lead single from their debut album, Not Like Other Girls. The song is a eurodance track, written by Remee and produced by Holger Lagerfeldt.
The song was an international success, reaching #1 in Sweden and within the top 10 in Denmark, France, Belgium, Finland, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, and Norway. It is certified platinum in Australia and gold in Belgium, France, New Zealand, and Sweden. In the United States, it was sent to radio on March 18, 1998 and peaked at #51 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
The song continues to be 90s eurodance legacy track, appearing on "The 101 Greatest Dance Songs of the '90s" in 2017. Since it's release the track has been covered and sampled by numerous artists across the globe, including Korean singer BoA's "Tragic" and R3hab and Icona Pop's track of the same name.
