Roseanna is a soulful communicator, expressive, melodically inventive & hard-swinging. A singer of great renown, her artistry is rooted in the jazz tradition, colored by the musical worlds of blues & world music.
Qualities that set her apart are the ability to move and inspire audiences with a musician's mind and a heart you can hear. Vitro has recorded with Kenny Werner, Fred Hersch, Kenny Barron, Elvin Jones, Christian McBride. She has toured as a Jazz Ambassador; performed in concerts, on television; led vocal workshops.
