Rogerio Lourenço dos Santos (Bauru, February 19, 1979), performing with the moniker Rogerio Tutti, is a pianist widely recognized for communicative, insightful playing that combines an extraordinary depth of musicianship and an impeccable technique. Tutti's live performances display contemporary and original arrangements of the world’s most popular and beloved music. He has performed with many of the most esteemed orchestras and world's leading conductors and has emotionally excited millions of people world-wide.
Tutti started his piano lessons at the age of eleven in Bauru, his hometown in Brazil. At the age of sixteen he had established an international career after winning a prize at Amadeo Roldan International Piano Competition in Cuba. He was also laureate in many international piano competitions among them are: Claudio Arrau Piano Competition in Quilpue, Chile; MTNA Piano Competition, EUA; Artlivre Piano Competition, São Paulo.
He has an extensive academic education. He studied at New England Conservatory in Boston, Tchaikovisky Conservatory in Moscow, and Escola Nacional de Artes de Havana. During his Doctoral program at University of São Paulo, he developed a group piano method which has now been designed as a new tool for music education in Brazilian schools.
