'Come Get It!' is the debut studio album of Rick James and The Stone City Band . This is the Expanded Edition of the album released in 2014 which contains the extended remix of the single "You And I"

Originally released on April 20, 1978 by the Motown owned Gordy Records. The album was produced by Rick James and Art Stewart
The album contained the US R&B #1 ( Overall US Charts #13 ) hit - "You And I" where Rick talks about the relationship of the two characters in the song that are as close as three-part harmony.
and US R&B #3 ( US Charts #41 ) hit - "Mary Jane" which could be interpreted as a song about a woman named Mary Jane or a love song about Marijuana.
The album peaked at #13 on the Billboard 200 and was certified Gold .
The third and final single "Hollywood" was fairly successful, a 7+ minute soul ballad about a young boy that's leaving home for "making it" in Hollywood, you can't help but think that the lyrics of the song might have been the words Rick blurted out in real life to his parents. This album is rated as one of the best debut albums by an artist/band and it's easy to understand why, with it's simple theme being a funk offering by one of the greatest Funk-bands of the early 70's and late 80's.
