This song was part of the OK Computer recording sessions.
The song, as described by the band, has elements of David Bowie and is a particular favourite of Colin's; he was disappointed this track was left off OK Computer.
The title apparently comes from a sign on the way to Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. It is variously called "Last Flowers" or "Cogs".
