the songs are good, good production, great composition, amazing instrumentals, except for the ''communique'' the lucky pierre's version is far superior, the only thing that screw everything is Kevin's voice is kinda wack and even annoying sometimes... I think he could be a good backing vocals or idk keeping that lucky pierre new wave vibe that fits his voice better

Prick, the puppet, reaches over his head and with a stroke slashes himself loose of his creators strings in hopes of becoming, individual. He falls and rises and falls again. He walks awkwardly and behaves, thinks and communicates awkwardly. Temperamental and unpredictably gentle. What is obvious to others is complex and splendid to him and what is accepted by others is questioned by him. Prick, the imagination.

This is my favorite album to listen to when only crappy/blown speakers available -- it holds up well in Lo-Fi. I saw Prick open for NIN and Bowie -- amazing concert!

I can't believe I found these guys. Fucking Hell, they were bad ass. I had their first album on a cassette. I fucking listened to it everyday. Prick was bad ass. Surely one of my top favorite bands.

You might as well say that. ThinKing was released under the Lucky Pierre moniker. I don't know why people are mistaking the tracks for a member of Psychotica. I know there is another musician with the name Kevin McMahon, as well as another Lucky Pierre, and another (Sic); Is there another Prick too?

The first Prick album is an incredible masterpiece of fresh and energic industrial rock with very moving and beautiful songs. One of the best albums ever ! We love you Kevin !!

Just ordered the set, even though I already bought "ThinKing" and "The Wreckard" from the site years back. Seems like every five years or so McMahon decloaks for a brief period to give us a quick glimpse into his world. Just wish he'd tour a tad more regularly.

http://www.luckypierremusic.com went live yesterday. In addition to other things, they'll be selling new presses of The Wreckard soon. You can get a pre-release copy of the album as part of a 50USD package (which also includes a live Prick CD and three other project releases. Enjoy

Here's some recent news for anyone unaware: Kevin McMahon released a new track, "Runaway Brain", and credited it to (sic). Kevin has a habit of using different names for his music seemingly to catergorize different styles and collaborations. At this time not much is known about (sic) but Kevin has hinted bringing back an official website this month. You should keep your eyes open and your ears pricked. Sorry

Saw them in the late 90s on tour with Bowie/NIN at the Word Theater in Chicago. Horrible venue but great show.

I have a record where Kevin McMahon and Trent are in a band called "Lucky Pierre" playing old versions of "Other People" with Trent on saxaphone. And I heard that Kevin left Interscope because their styles clashed.

Prick is awesome. Loved them since I first heard it in the early nineties. Both albums are phenomenal. The only Lucky Pierre album I have is ThinKing and that is also a great album if you can find it.
