What time signature is this song in? Been trying to count it and it on-off gives the impression of being in 3/4 or 4/4.

That seems about right. I have no idea where the really whacky time signatures would be, but i think the "blast beat" and "polka" sections are probably in 4/4. The- whaddya call it- i call it the moombah section, the one occurs after thr first blast beat. That one seems like 3/4. The "don't shoot don't show" part, is that 6/8?

the really weird time i mentioned is when they abruptly skip a beat here and there during that blast beat kinda section within the first two minutes, and yeah, the 6/8 i counted lasts from about 2 minutes when it gets quieter, through the dont shoot dont show part, up until like 4:51 when i start to feel it in 3/4, and then after 6 minutes in until the end of the song i feel it in 6/8 again. so i would say most of the song is in 6/8

this is the blueprint for this band. fast, slow, hard, soft, dark, pretty. it's got all of what's best about POP.
