“When the Wind is Blowing” is a song written by Paul McCartney and recorded during sessions for RAM in 1970, but never officially released until 2018. It was inspired by the Pablo Picasso painting The Old Guitarist. It is often called the “Two Fingers” song, as it only requires the use of two fingers on the fretboard of a guitar.

The song would later be sampled for Kanye West's All Day (2015) featuring McCartney. The melody of the song is built around McCartney's whistling from a re-recording of a song written by him in 1969, titled "When the Wind is Blowing"; (also known to fans as "Two Fingers") as performed by the rock band Paul McCartney and Wings. A voice box melody is included at the beginning of the song, while the ending section of the latter contains a sample of McCartney's whistling on "When the Wind is Blowing".
